About Our Founder – Guillermo Diaz, Jr

Guillermo Diaz Jr. is a transformative leader in the tech industry, currently serving as CEO of Conectado Inc. He previously led Cisco’s global IT organization, focusing on innovative business models and outcomes. Guillermo is also on the boards of Blue Shield and Jack in the Box. A key figure in diversity initiatives, he has driven Cisco’s IT infrastructure and platforms, enhancing services for customers and employees.

His career includes senior roles at Silicon Graphics, Ingram Micro, and Alza Corporation. A U.S. Navy veteran, he holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University and has received numerous accolades for his leadership in IT and community service.
