AI for Education Leaders

Human-centered leadership for the age of artificial intelligence.

As AI reshapes higher education, leaders are being asked to provide direction while faculty readiness varies, governance questions grow, and students need to be prepared for what comes next. AI for Education Leaders gives presidents, chancellors, provosts, and deans the strategic insight, real-world examples, and practical frameworks to guide responsible AI adoption with greater clarity and confidence.

What you leave with

Leave ready to lead AI at your institution.

Every hour maps to one of four concrete values. No abstract theory: you leave with perspective, capability, plans, and people.

01

A strategic view of the AI landscape

An executive-level perspective on how AI is reshaping higher education across colleges and universities, including the latest developments, policy shifts, ethics questions, and governance issues leaders need to understand now.

02

Practical insight into the tools and use cases that matter

A curated look at real case studies from higher education, about workflows, AI agents, and emerging tools that can improve student support, operations, and institutional effectiveness.

03

An institutional roadmap you can act on

A structured roadmap for responsible AI adoption across your department or institution, grounded in your goals, real implementation challenges, and clear metrics for progress.

04

A peer network that lasts

Meaningful exchange with other education leaders through discussion, feedback, and collaboration, building relationships that continue long after the program ends.

The partners

Two organizations. One mission.

A certificate co-presented by a workforce-and-education AI ecosystem and the only association of Hispanic-Serving Institutions, reaching leaders nationally and around the world.

Conectado

The Association’s headquarters are in San Antonio, Texas, with offices in Washington, D.C., and Sacramento, California.

Who it's for

Built for the people who set direction.

This is a leadership program, not a technical bootcamp. It's for senior decision-makers in higher education (colleges and universities) who need to lead their institution through AI, with the language, judgment, and plan to do it well.

Content, speakers, and templates are designed for leaders at national and international institutions, including Spanish-speaking participants.
